Located at the top of Holiday Valley, Spruce Lake has become quite the picturesque location for many adventurers in Western NY. The M2Xtreme SPORT off-road triathlon is a single 700 meter loop. With plenty of room for spectators to view the athletes through out the entire swim, your families can get great ACTION shots of you so smile big.
From transition the bike begins by circling the lake so athletes can gain their bearing before dropping down “the white knuckle decent”, as described by XTERRA Pro - Will Kelsay in Triathlon Life, to the training center and begin the moderate climb. Two loops of the bike course entirely on the Holiday Valley resort grounds and transition to the single track run course.
A shorter loop than the XTERRA thru the Holiday Valley ski resort; and you are ready to finish under the banner in front of spectators, family, and friends.
